As Tech Lead and Scrum Master I directed multiple cross-functional development teams, established tech stacks and Agile practices, and delivered Big Data UIs. I drove international collaboration across the USA and Israel and initiated a Global Developer Exchange Programme.
Challenges
Coordinating delivery across time zones and cultures; establishing consistent practice across teams; and making large-scale data legible in the interface.
Outcomes
Big Data UIs delivered on a consistent stack and Agile footing, with stronger cross-site collaboration, including a developer exchange programme between regions.
