I had the pleasure of working with Rich on a life-science platform project for Congenica. He came on board at a critical stage of the project and quickly picked up complex requirements, delivering an effective front-end solution.
After developing an impressive proof of concept of a strategic user interface for our flagship distributed-ledger platform, Rich supported my UI development team in a key leadership role, converting his POC into a full implementation. Alongside owning a substantial proportion of the development work, he helped mentor and lead our team through migrating to React. Richard worked with me on an urgent, fast-paced project to rebuild the First Aid App supporting our COVID-19 content — from scratch, with a near-impossible deadline. Richard was passionate, knowledgeable and went above and beyond, ensuring a high level of accuracy alongside speed to market.
